Not Economically Viable

At the time of this writing (11/26/06 2:30am), I, Dizzle, am unemployed. I did not get fired, I knew this was coming.

I had a lovely night at work, because not only was it dead (steady enough to make a little money, but nothing major), but Kevin and Keith came and kept me company the WHOLE SHIFT. It was really great. They're a pair of brothers whose mom is very close with (and has been for years) my mother. So it was nice to briefly reconnect in Washington before we leave for NZ and Keith heads out for France.

We're going to miss so many people.

Happy Thanksgiving, Everyone!

I've decided only to post a picture of our Thanksgiving breakfast. Don't get me wrong, we had a TON a food (and a ton of leftovers!), but as far as what we actually PLANNED OUT and thought of, check this out:

~Bagels; Everything bagels from Bergen County, NJ (Rte. 17)
~OJ; Pulp-Free. Tropicana.
~Coffee; French Vanilla from Dunkin' Donuts. Anyone who knows good coffee always digs Dunkin' Donuts java. It really is surprisingly great.
~Cream Cheese; Veggie. From Einstein Bagels in Georgetown.

Hi! Dizzle here.

Thanks for visiting...and welcome to all the new people. As I've said, we'll be throwing a number of pictures on here, as well as anecdotes and stuff, but since neither G nor I are very computer savvy, we wanted to get this started right away.

So she's at work, and I just got back, and I only have 7 more shifts before I'm unemployed. Huzzah!

Baby G and worked together at the restaurant last night in some crazy scheduling fluke that will likely never happen again. The guy who usually serves on Wednesdays, the night I barback, wanted to go to an AFI concert at the 9:30 Club, so he swapped serving shifts with Baby G for Thursday. So, it's Thursday, and we both have the evening off after technically spending the whole evening together at work LAST night.

But we made it, and it was more fun than you'd've thought.
